Who we are. This website is run by Copper Meadows Properties (Private) Limited, the developer of Sharon Valley Smart City in Zvishavane. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through it.
What we collect.
- When you send an enquiry: your name, your phone number or e-mail address, what the enquiry is about and your message. We also keep the internet address and browser it came from, to stop spam.
- When you reserve a stand or pay online: your name and contact details, the stand, and the payment reference and result. Card and mobile money details are entered on the secure payment page, not on this website; we never see or keep them.
- When you have a buyer or investor account: your e-mail address, your password (kept only in scrambled form), and the payments, documents and messages that belong to your purchase or investment.
- When you sign up for updates: your phone number or e-mail address and when you signed up.
- Visits to the site are counted without cookies. Your address and browser are turned into a code that changes every day and is deleted each night, so we see how many people visited, not who.
Why we use it. To answer your enquiry, arrange site visits, reserve and sell stands, keep records of sales and payments, send the updates you asked for, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with. Only the services we use to run this website, send our e-mails and text messages, and take online payments, and each receives only what it needs. We also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies. A cookie is set only to keep you signed in to your account, or staff signed in to the admin. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it. For as long as we need it for the reason you gave it, and for as long as the law requires for sales and financial records. Every update message tells you how to stop them.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not have to keep it. Contact us through the contact page.
Complaints. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us through the contact page so that we can put it right.
